Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Drainage, Water, and Wastewater Easement Agreement between Continental Homes of Texas, L.P. and the City of Pflugerville for the necessary drainage, water, and wastewater improvements proposed with the Highland Park Portchester Castle Path project.
Summary
The Highland Park Portchester Castle Path project is located within the Highland Park Subdivision. The proposed roadway and ancillary improvements associated with the project will serve as the connection between the existing Portchester Castle Path and the extension of Town Center Drive currently underway. Since the limits of Portchester Castle Path are a part of a larger phase to be platted in the future, all required easements associated with the project are being dedicated by separate instrument. The easement is required for the extension of drainage, water, and wastewater improvements in conjunction with the project. The drainage, water and wastewater easement agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
