Summary
In accordance with the Sections 42.101-105 of the Texas Local Government Code, the owner of the 19.861 acres of property located generally northeast of the Wolf Pack Dr. and Weiss Ln intersection has petitioned for the release of the property from the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Pflugerville. The petition was received on September 1, 2023 by the City of Pflugerville and meets the requirements under the new state law. Approval of the resolution does is only an acknowledgement by the City Council that the property is released in operation of law in accordance with Section 42.105(d).
This item is not supported by the Strategic Plan but is an operation of law in accordance with Section 42.105(d).
