Title

Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Reciprocal Access and Parking Easement Agreement located in the Settlers Ridge Commercial No. 3 Final Plat area, generally associated with the Pflugerville Community Library Expansion.

 

Summary

The existing Pflugerville Community Library and the proposed expansion benefit from reciprocal access easements and parking based on agreements among the seller and the City at the time the library land was acquired in 2006. This item formalizes the reciprocal access and parking easement agreement as referenced in the attached letter. At such time the adjacent lots develop, the agreement may be amended to incorporate the connecting easements at the owner's expense.

Fiscal Impact

The cost of surveying and preparing the metes and bounds for the easement documents is $1,800.00.  This expense will be paid from the professional fees category in the Planning Department.
