Summary

The preliminary plan is intended to establish 1, 1-acre Commercial Lot. This preliminary plan will not add any additional right-of-way. The proposed Preliminary Plan displays the subject property containing 208.61’ of frontage along Wilke Ridge Lane.  Wilke Ridge Lane is a Minor Collector right-of-way. Minor collectors serve as the spine roads of neighborhoods and connect residences to the rest of the transportation system. These streets provide some access to local retail, business, and community services and are ideal for pedestrian and bicycle routes.

 

Staff Recommendation

The Preliminary Plan meets the minimum state and local requirements and staff recommends approval.
