Summary
Off-site improvements are necessary to serve the water park site with public water and wastewater. The infrastructure improvements are related to the platting of Lot 1, Block A of the Bohls Commercial Park Subdivision, which is the location of the Hawaiian Falls Water Park, currently under construction.

Fiscal Impact
The City will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the constructed water and wastewater improvements within this easement upon acceptance.
