Title
Approving a Subdivision Variance and Preliminary Plan for Stone Hill Town Center Section Two; a 60.64-acre tract of land out of the T.G. Stewart Survey No. 6, Abstract No. 689, in Pflugerville, Texas. (PP1106-01)
Summary
The Preliminary Plan consists of six (6) lots and establishes right of way for two collector roads, including an extension of Town Center Drive. A subdivision variance is requested to not extend Chrighton Castle Bend from the Highland Park North subdivision into the proposed development. The tract is zoned Urban Center (CL5) and is intended to be developed with multi-family and commercial land uses under the base development requirements. Lots 23 and 24 were approved by the Parks and Recreation Commission on June 16, 2011 to be dedicated as public parkland associated with the residential development planned on Lot 19. Water and wastewater utilities will be extended to the subdivision from Town Center Drive and service will be provided by the City of Pflugerville.
Prior Planning and Zoning Commission Action
The proposed Preliminary Plan and Subdivision Variance was previously approved in 2008. Inactivity caused the preliminary plan to expire and require a new application.
