Summary
Section 395.058 of Texas Local Government Code requires that the advisory committee appointed for the Capital Improvements Program file a semiannual report with respect to the progress of the Capital Improvements Plan and files that report with City Council.
This item is included on the agenda of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee to provide a presentation of the report and allow for discussion of projects and their status within the City's Capital Improvements Program.
