Summary
City Council approved the Project Jersey Special District on October 25, 2011 to allow for a Light Industrial Use in Corridor Urban Center 5 (CL5) on Lot 4 of the Renewable Energy Park Subdivision. The proposed amendment includes the addition of the proposed building elevations as an exhibit and the removal of the condition "meet minimum architectural standards for industrial structures per Subchapter 9, Section G".
 
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the Project Jersey Special District.
 
Planning and Zoning Commission Recommendation
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the amendment to the Project Jersey Special District on December 3, 2012.

The City Council approved the amendment to the Project Jersey Special District on first reading on December 11, 2012.
