Summary
The attached professional services agreement with DCS Engineering is to provide engineering design services and to act as project managers for a lift station and force main to be located on the property owned by the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation generally located at the southwest intersection of SH 130 and Pecan Street. This agreement was approved by the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation on May 12, 2011.

Action is requested on May 24, 2011.
Fiscal Impact
Engineering costs of approximately $66,000 and construction costs of approximately $685,000 to be taken from available PCDC bond funds.
