Discuss and consider action to approve a resolution of the City of Pflugerville, Texas appointing a City Council City Hall Vision and Programming Subcommittee.
Summary
The special called City Council subcommittee will work with staff and the Downtown East Master Developer team to complete the following:
Ascertain the appropriate context for City Hall
Ascertain and vet any opportunities for shared or collaborative facilities
Ascertain the third space opportunities
Ascertain the phasing of the interior finish out to ensure future growth needs can be accommodated
This subcommittee shall serve until construction commences on the city hall facility.
