Summary
The Final Plat is for an area located north of Pflugerville Parkway, just off of Kingston Lacey Blvd, in the near the center of the Highland Park subdivision. This plat consists of 20 residential lots and an extension of one local street. Water and wastewater will be provided by the City of Pflugerville. While no additional public parkland is proposed with this final plat, parkland has been allocated throughout the Highland Park ALUR and has been dedicated in previous plats.
Staff Recommendation
The final plat meets all of the minimum requirements and staff recommends approval of the Highland Park Phase B, Section 7 Final Plat.
