Summary
This agreement will serve as a replacement to the payroll services agreement in effect since June 1, 2009 and will add administrative and development services to the services to be provided by the City to the PCDC.
This agreement has been approved as to form by the City Attorney.
Status
This agreement will be considered by the PCDC on August 20, 2015.

Fiscal Impact
The PCDC will pay an annual fee of $6,040 for administrative and development services support under this agreement.
