Summary
Consultants with Kimley-Horn to provide a review of Capital Improvement Plan and Land Use Assumptions along with changes in the maximum fee per service area.
The consultants have presented this study update to the Capital Improvement Advisor Committee Board on Feb. 2, 2026 and March 2, 2026.
There is a public hearing schedule for July 14, 2026 for the study update and the financial audit results.
