Summary
Associated with the Pfluger Farm Lane Capital Improvement Project, drainage easements, grading easement, temporary grading easement, wastewater easement, public utility easement ant temporary construction easement are needed for conveyance of flows, installation of public utility appurtenances and ease of construction necessary for the proposed roadway storm drain outlet structures, grading and public utility infrastructure for the proposed roadway.  
 
The temporary easements are generally needed for the duration of construction. The remaining easements' duration are dependent on the platting of adjacent property incumbered with the easement or by mutual consent of the grantor and the City.
 
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easements and subsequently record them with Travis County.
 
Fiscal Impact
There is no fiscal impact associated with the approval of this item. The furtherance of this project implements economic development agreements obligations incurred by the City of Pflugerville with Project Arista (Data Center Park) and Terrell Timmermann.
 
Staff Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements to establish the proposed easements.
