Summary
Through the implementation of the Tyler Munis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, the City’s People and Culture department consulted with Plante Moran and other cities utilizing the Tyler Munis system to find an applicant tracking and recruiting software that automates hiring processes. The department found that the software that is the most efficient for the City, because of its compatibility with Tyler Munis, is NEOGOV. The City also currently utilizes NEOGOV for its learning management module for providing and tracking training.
