Summary
Mayor Coleman asked staff to provide a tutorial to the City Council regarding municipal utility districts (MUDs) east of SH 130. This discussion is intended to provide a general overview of MUDs, water control and improvement districts (WCIDs) and the consent and development agreements associated with them.
This discussion will include a summary of the following:
- Lakeside WCIDs and MUDs (Blackhawk, Reserve at Westcreek, Commons at Rowe Lane)
- Kelly Lane WCIDs 1 & 2 (Avalon Subdivision)
- North East Travis County Utility District (Villages of Hidden Lake Subdivision)
- Travis County MUD 17 (includes Sorento Subdivion)
- Pflugerville Municipal Management District (MMD)
- Northeast Growth Corridor 1 and 2 MUDs
- New Sweden MUDs
- Travis County MUD15 (Falcon Pointe Subdivision)
