Title
Authorizing the City Manager to execute a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $205,000 to the Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) contract with the City of Pflugerville.
Summary
The City has been working on water issues on various fronts for over a year and a half. This supplemental appropriation will provide funding to complete a number of projects that are itemized on the attachment to this agenda item. The projects include water supply assessment, including alternatives; issues related to the Blue Water/Cross County negotiations; Chapter 210 notification dealing with a reuse plan; and, Manville.
LAN has assisted the City in the past 24 months with a water master plan, a wastewater master plan update and an impact fee study. Work has also been done by LAN on broad water supply alternatives and distribution systems related to Windermere.

Fiscal Impact
The funding for this project will be taken from the Utility Fund Administration accounts.
