Title
Authorizing the City Manager to execute a conditional donation and conveyance agreement with John S. Lloyd, First United Corporation, Richard Z. Rady and Agatha O. Rady, Realtron Inc. and the City of Pflugerville for acquisition and release of property associated with roadway construction for the Heatherwilde Widening Capital Improvement Project.

Summary
In order to proceed with the Heatherwilde widening Capital Improvement Project, property acquisition is needed for necessary construction along portions of Heatherwilde Blvd.  City staff and the City's property acquisition consultant worked directly with the landowners on negotiations for the affected property.  The property owners have agreed to donate the property needed for the Heatherwilde widening on the condition that existing right of way no longer needed be deeded back to the property owners.

With the new orientation of the New Meister/Heatherwilde intersection, a portion of existing New Meister Lane right of way will be deeded back to the affected ownership upon its demolition.

Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the conditional donation and conveyance agreement along with the Special Warranty Deed and subsequently record them with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the purchase agreement and easement agreement.
