Summary
Facilities Maintenance requests approval of HVAC services from The Brandt Companies, LLC. This project will be replacing a mini-split in the Thorton room and the server room; climate control in the server room is essential to prevent overheating. This agreement will also include the installation of a new unit in the Book Drop room to elevate excess heat coming in from the drops.
