Summary
Regular member Ms. Nicole Ward notified Parks staff on February 16, 2013 of her resignation from the Parks and Recreation Commission and on March 12, 2013, the City Council appointed the alternate member, Mr. Dave Taylor to fill her unexpired term. This item has been included on the agenda to allow the City Council to conduct introductions and make an appointment to fill the open alternate position. Applications have been received from Ms. Janine Butler, Ms. Ronda Gindin and Mr. Danny Vinzant. Please find their applications attached.
Deadline for City Council Action
The City Charter provides that the City Council will make appointments to unexpired terms within 30 days of vacancy.
