Summary
The public water easement is needed for the installation of a water meter necessary for the development of the Primrose School at Falcon Pointe project on Commercial Lot 1 of the plat of Falcon Pointe Section 19 subdivision located northeast of the intersection of East Pflugerville Parkway and Colorado Sand Drive. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
