Summary
The Sparetime Commercial development project currently in review with Development Services requires public water and wastewater easements for utility connections to service the proposed commercial development. Staff has worked directly with the landowner on coordination of the project improvements.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easements and subsequently record them with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
