Summary

The Yajat, LLC tract lies partially within the 3.5-mile ETJ of the City of Pflugerville and has been acquired by Austin RRE for the Pflugerville Solar project. In order to maximize the benefit of the non-annexation development agreement and other incentives associated with the project development, this petition was filed with the City. No municipal services will be provided to the parcel as a result of accepting the petition.
