Summary
The attached agreement allows for all entities contracting with Travis County for election services for November 3, 2015 elections to conduct their elections jointly. The City Manager executed the agreement on October 5, 2015 in order to meet Travis County's deadline for execution of the agreement. The City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and approved as to form.

Fiscal Impact
Travis County has provided a cost estimate of $54,173.90 for election services for the November 3, 2015 election. Costs are higher than anticipated due to three large entities, City of Austin, Austin ISD and Austin Community College, not holding elections on November 3, 2015. The City Manager has also executed a similar agreement with Williamson County. City Council approval is not required for that agreement as costs are anticipated to be around $2,000.
