Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Wastewater Easement between Pflugerville Community Development Corporation and the City of Pflugerville for wastewater infrastructure and maintenance associated with a portion of Lot 2 of the Renewable Energy Park subdivision.
Summary
Renewable Energy Park is a project located off Sunlight Near Way south of Pecan Street. This easement is needed to account for a portion of wastewater main that was constructed in conjunction with Helios Way and the rest of the Phase I subdivision improvements. The wastewater main did not have an appropriate easement dedicated per plat therefore requiring this dedication by separate instrument. This easement will later be incorporated into a public Right of Way maintained by the City upon further road construction of Helios Way.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easements and subsequently record them with Travis County.
