Summary

The public water and wastewater pipeline easement is needed for the installation of a water and a wastewater line for the development of the Highlands Apartment project on Lot 2 of the Carmen subdivision located east of the intersection of S. Heatherwilde Blvd. and E. Wells Branch Pkwy.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
