Summary
This item has been included on the agenda for City Council consideration of a one-year extension to the April 2012 agreement with SWWC Utilities, Inc., Monarch Utilities I, L.P d/b/a Windermere Utility Company, Inc. to allow for continued negotiations to establish regionalized long term water solutions. This proposed extension to the agreement provides rate certainty for the one year term of the extension for the customers of the Windermere Utility Company, Inc. that reside within the City of Pflugerville city limits. The current water and wastewater rates will not be increased during the term of the extension.
Prior City Council Action
The City Council approved the initial agreement on April 10, 2012. This agreement is attached.
