Summary
The Stacer Group is a consulting firm that focuses on providing technology-driven solutions to develop and manage work-based learning programs; connecting with industry partners at the local, regional, and state levels to map, implement, and track performance. Stacer Group utilizes technology to create a dashboard and tools that allow PfISD staff to monitor progress and track results related to student success and partner satisfaction. Stacer Group acts as a bridge between education and industry, providing expertise and resources to help students thrive in their chosen career paths and employers build talent pipelines within the community.
The first year of this project, for which funding is being requested, will include three phases: planning, mapping, and networking.
Phase One: Strategic planning of existing programs, industry certification offerings, existing work-based learning programs, and industry partner status, resulting in a formal assessment.
