Summary
Per the Unified Development Code, public parkland is required to be conveyed by a warranty deed to the City of Pflugerville with acceptable evidence of clear title. The site was formally dedicated as public parkland to the City of Pflugerville for public use in 2005 per the Falcon Pointe Section 9-West Final Plat. Since the property was not conveyed to the City at the time of final plat, the City is now requesting a conveyance by deed.

Fiscal Impact
The City will be responsible for operations and maintenance for the dedicated parkland once the license agreement for private maintenance by the HOA has expired, no sooner than May 15, 2023.
