Summary
The Equity Advisory Board will discuss and consider action appoint members to the Historic Colored Addition Beautification Project Community Advisory Board. The Community Advisory Board (CAB) supports the Historic Colored Addition Beautification Plan by providing ongoing community guidance and feedback. The CAB members help review project updates, offer recommendations and assist with community listening sessions. Members also share information back to their community groups to keep communication clear and consistent. The CAB should include individuals with diverse experiences and ties to the community. Members meet regularly at a schedule set by the group. The CAB will be made up of the following:
Two members of the Equity Advisory Board
Two member of St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church
Three at-large community representatives
Three representatives for founding families
One cemetery representative
Members shall be residents of the City of Pflugerville, with the exception of Founding Family representatives.
