Summary
The Gilleland Creek Pool Slab project will remove the existing pavers surrounding the pool and replace them with a new reinforced concrete deck. The project will be performed in two phases so that the pool can remain open during the construction. Construction is anticipated to take four weeks.
Status
The project was advertised for bids on August 29, 2012 and September 5, 2012. Six (6) bids were received and opened on September 13, 2012. This item was scheduled for approval on the September 25, 2012 agenda and was tabled to allow Councilmember Brad Marshall to review the item with staff. Mr. Marshall has reviewed the item with staff and approved this item for the consent agenda.
