This item is included on the agenda to formally introduce the PCDC’s legal representation to the Board of Directors:
--Attorney Stanley O. Springerley of Denton Navarro Rodriguez Bernal Santee & Zech, P.C. (DNRBSZ), who will serve as the new General Legal Counsel for the PCDC.
--Attorney Blair Leake of Wright & Greenhill, P.C., who will serve as Legal Litigation Counsel.
Representatives from both firms will be present to provide a brief introduction and overview of their services to the Corporation.
