Receive report on City Council, Commission, Board and Committee expenditures for September 2013.
 
Summary
At their meeting on October 12, 2010, the City Council adopted a resolution that provided that the City Secretary report at the first Council meeting of every month the cumulative total of expenses reimbursed to or incurred directly by the City or the staff on the behalf of members of the city's Council, Commissions, Boards, and Committees during all of the individual members' respective terms of office.  The report for last month is attached.  The report contains cumulative information beginning October 1, 2010.

Projected Future City Council Action
A resolution is being provided on this City Council agenda to allow the City Council to consider amending the procedures established under the resolution adopted on October 12, 2010, to allow reimbursement requests to be considered at any City Council meeting, to amend the information to be included in the monthly reports on City Council, Commission and Committee expenditures and to allow for the monthly reports to be distributed outside of a City Council meeting.
