Appreciation presentation to Ms. Cathy Vance for service on the Finance and Budget Committee.
Summary
The Finance and Budget Committee was established by resolution in May of 2004 as a committee of two Councilmembers and three citizen members. In June of 2004 Ms. Vance was one of the charter members appointed to the Finance and Budget Committee. Over these seven years, Ms. Vance has provided dedicated and exemplary service and has proven to be an intelligent problem solver on the Finance and Budget Committee. The Mayor and City Council as well as City staff are glad to have this opportunity to extend our appreciation to her.
