Summary
In 2001, the City and Terrabrook Falcon Pointe, LP entered into a parkland agreement which requires private maintenance of the public parkland for a minimum of ten years. In May of 2013, the City executed a license agreement with the Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association to provide for such maintenance. This amendment includes the additional maintenance for Lot 40, Block A, Falcon Pointe Section 14 Subdivision to be dedicated to the City as public parkland.

Fiscal Impact
The City will be responsible for maintenance of the dedicated parkland no sooner than May 15, 2023 per the executed license agreement.
