Summary
The attached resolution orders the City of Pflugerville’s General Election for November 6, 2012 for the election of Councilmembers for Place 3 and Place 5. Early voting and Election Day voting locations are still being determined at this time. The proposed early voting and Election Day voting locations have been included in Attachment A of the resolution and are subject to change. An election calendar of dates of common interest is attached. The agenda which was posted in Spanish is also attached.

Fiscal Impact
At this time, a firm cost estimate is not available. The amount of $8,000 for election expenses is included in the proposed FY 2013 Budget.
