Summary
The City Charter provides that the Mayor, with advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint not less than five individuals to serve on the Personnel Appeal Board for up to three years. Mayor Coleman recommends the appointment of Linda Atkins, Michael Russell, Robert Spoonemore, and Judith Carter for three-year terms beginning January 1, 2011. Additional members are Cheryl Callicott with term ending December 2011 and Loretta Doty with term ending December 2012.
