Title

Summary

The non-exclusive water easement is needed for the relocation of portion of a Manville water line on City parkland property located southwest of Springbrook Road and Autumn Sage Way. The existing Manville water line traverses the parkland property in an existing easement and encroaches into Lots 33-36, Block N of the Springbrook Phase 6 subdivision. For ease of access and future maintenance of the water line, Manville WSC will relocate approximately 370’ of the water line such that the water line no longer encroaches onto private property. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
