Summary

The PCDC Board approved this item by majority vote during a Special Called Meeting on June 2 (5-0) to sell approximately 14.5 acres of EVS Metals, business resident in Pflugerville for 23 years, for purposes of expansion in the City of Pflugerville. The PCDC has completed the extension of Impact Way, along with wet and dry utilities, to develop PCDC’s remaining 24-acres in the One Thirty Business Park in anticipation of the subdividing and selling the property for purposes of economic development projects.
