Summary
The property is approximately 27.407-acre tract generally located south of E Pflugerville Parkway, and west of Balaton Boulevard. The subject parcel is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) district. The final plat proposes thirty-seven (37) residential lots in the RV-1 district and twenty-three (23) open space and drainage lots. The final plat provides for trail connections to Phase 8 MX-1, Mixed Use Lots, and Phases 4 &5 RV-2, Single-Family lots. Phases 6 & & proposes four (4) new public streets and eight (8) public alleys that will be privately maintained by the HOA, per the Lakeside Meadows PUD. The second revision of the preliminary plan for Lakeside Meadows was approved July 17, 2023 to reflect the revisions to the Lakeside Meadows PUD approved by ordinance ORD 1539-22-02-22.
Staff Recommendation
The final plat meets all minimum state and local requirements. Staff recommends approval.
