Summary

This ordinance repeals the Drought Contingency and Water Emergency Plan found in Chapter 32 of the City Code.  This section is out of date and redundant since these provisions are provided in Chapter 53, Drought Contingency Plan.  This ordinance was approved on first reading on April 12, 2011.
