Summary
The proposed electrical easement is located perpendicular to 10th Street, at the rear of the existing library. The easement is required by Oncor due to the relocation of the pad mounted transformer to serve the expanded facility. A vicinity map showing the location is attached.
Prior City Council Action
The City Council approved this item on First Reading on February 14, 2012.
Deadline for City Council Action
February 28, 2012, in order to maintain the project schedule with Oncor.
Fiscal Impact
There is no fiscal impact associated with approving the ordinance. The direct cost associated with survey needs for the easement was $600, funded by the Pflugerville Community Library Expansion and Renovation project bonds approved by the voters in May 2008.
