Summary
The management of the City's various boards, commissions and committees has been evaluated. The City's affiliation with Keep Texas Beautiful and the efforts of the Keep Pflugerville Beautiful Committee have been of value, but greater efficiency is now required with regard to the number of citizen boards, commissions and committees. This ordinance amends the Parks and Recreation Commission's duties by adding the duty of acting as the City's affiliate of Keep Texas Beautiful.
