Summary
The proposed roadway impact fee guidelines were created for purposes of assisting with the implementation of the roadway impact fee ordinance. The guidelines were approved by the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee in September 2022 and have been used by staff to ensure the guidelines are effective. Adoption by resolution will ensure the guidelines can be distributed to be used by the development community and updated periodically as adjustments may be needed.
