Summary
The City of Pflugerville solicited requests for qualifications from engineering firms to perform design services, bidding, and construction administration for the Pfennig Lane parking lot and restroom facility project.
City staff received five (5) proposals. City staff reviewed and scored the proposals based upon set criteria. Davcar Engineering was the highest scoring firm based on the submitted statement of qualifications. Attached is a copy of the overall scoring matrix and summary.

Fiscal Impact
The funding for this project is from the certificates of obligation that were issued earlier this year, the FY2015 CO's. There is a budget of $440,000 for these improvements.
