Discuss and consider action regarding an ordinance on first reading with the caption reading: An Ordinance of the City of Pflugerville approving the 2026 Amended and Restated Service and Assessment Plan and Annual Service Plan update for the Lakeside Meadows Public Improvement District in accordance with chapter 372, Texas Local Government Code, as amended; marking various finding and provisions related to the subject; and providing for an effective date.
Summary
The City Council previously approved the creation of the Lakeside Meadows Public Improvement District and approved a Service and Assessment Plan (SAP). Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code (PID Act), the (SAP) must be reviewed and updated annually by ordinance and recorded in the real property records. The attached document serves as the required annual amended and restated SAP plan for 2026.
This plan amends and restates the Original SAP for the purposes of (1) updating the Authorized Improvements, (2) reducing the Improvement Area #1 assessments, (3) reducing the reimbursement obligation for the costs of the Improvement Area #1 Improvements, (4) updating the Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll for 2026, (5) updating the Improvement Area #2 Assessment Roll, and (6) revising the buyer disclosures for Improvement Area #1.
