Summary
The property is located along the east side of Kingston Lacy Blvd, adjacent to the Highland Park North subdivision, and consists of seventy (70) residential lots. Three local streets are under construction to serve the proposed lots.Lots along the south side of Noatak Trail will have rear access via an alley that is associated with an earlier phase. The remaining lots will not have alleys and as a result will have front or side driveway access. Water and wastewater will continue to be provided by the City of Pflugerville. No public parkland is proposed or required with this final plat. A subdivision variance was approved in August to allow posting partial fiscal for the remaining public improvements and a subdivision bond has been provided.
Staff Recommendation
The final plat meets the minimum requirements and staff recommends approval of the Highland Park Phase D, Section 3 Final Plat.
