Summary
The City Council previously approved the creation of Martin Tract Public Improvement District and approved a Service and Assessment Plan (SAP). Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code (PID Act), the (SAP) must be reviewed and updated annually by ordinance and recorded in the real property records. The attached document serves as the required annual SAP update, which also includes the assessment roll for 2025.
The first reading of this ordinance was approved on August 12, 2025.
