Title

Approving a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Partial Release and Vacation Instrument to vacate a portion of an existing drainage easement within the Carmen subdivision.

 

Summary

This resolution is to authorize the City Manager to execute a Partial Release and Vacation Instrument to partially vacate an existing drainage easement within the Carmen subdivision.  The proposed easement vacation will allow the lot to be developed.  The developer plans to move the drainage from a 40’ open drainage channel to an underground pipe thereby requiring less width for the easement.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the abandonment instrument as to form.
