Summary
The final plat creating the subject parcel was approved by City Council on August 22, 2006, and included a variance for a lot width less than the required 200 feet of width required for an arterial street such as FM 685. The development agreement was approved later in 2006 in conjunction with the plat resubdividing Lot 1, Block A, 685 Business Park. The agreement restricted the property, currently zoned GB-1, to office and medical use. A letter from the property owner is attached for reference.

The subject parcel is currently vacant and being marketed for future development.
Prior City Council Action
On March 13, 2012 the City Council provided direction to staff to rescind the development agreement.
